I’m from Long Island, NY and I was raised on gospel music. I played sax thru high school. I studied Vocal Jazz Performance in college and I’m obsessed with gowns, books, candles and Sarah Vaughan…no yoga… no Sarah… no yoga. Oh, I also have A.D.D. That’s it in a nutshell. It’s been about 13 years in the music biz. I’ve sang around the world a few times, released over 100 songs and collaborated with everyone from Jay Z to George Duke, Natalie Cole to Nas and John Legend to Drake. I’ve shared the mic with legends like Patty Labelle and Stevie Wonder and I’ve hit the stage with Rick Ross, Wale, Kirk Franklin, The Ojay’s and Rob Glasper amongst others. I’m blessed. I have a curious set of gifts. It doesn’t quite fit into any box. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Being diverse allows me to love so many different kinds of people and really, love is the point of it all.
Family is the most important part of my life and I enjoy spending time with them during the holidays. The last time we came together was last Saturday. We got a chance to eat at Bean's and Cornbread and also talk about what we did during the week or the last two weeks. Another topic we discussed was several HBCU's and when we should attend these colleges. Morehouse College is known for producing some of the brightest minds, and its Department of Computer Science is no different. The department offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Game Design. Students in this program learn how to design and develop games, and they also learn about user experience design, artificial intelligence, and computer graphics. The goal of West Georgia Technical College has always been to provide great educational opportunities for students with a dream career in mind. A Game Development Specialist certificate program is available. West Georgia Technical College offers many valuable certificate programs that will give you the tools you’ll need to work at a game studio as an entry-level developer, designer, or programmer. Some of the courses you can look forward to include Intro to 3D Animation, Game Design, Game Development I and II, and Mathematics for Game Developers. While the certificate is good if you want to see what it’s like programming for games, it’s still only a certificate. If you were hoping for a 4-year degree, especially one that emphasizes the artistic side of game development, then West Georgia Technical College isn’t for you.
